MEET PATRICK
A SERVANT AND VOICE FOR ALL CITIZENS
Patrick LeBlanc is an advocate for mental health. After spending over 15 years working with mental health facilities in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, Patrick knows the value of identifying signs of concern before a crisis occurs. He has presented at conferences and workshops throughout Texas before audiences large and small and is known for engaging those in attendance.
Patrick holds a master’s from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a master’s from Dallas Theological Seminary, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry Leadership at Abilene Christian University.
In 2019, he founded the Bridging the Gap Foundation, a non-profit committed to assisting communities in Dallas by addressing the disparities associated with mental health and access to quality care within underserved communities through acknowledgment, advocacy, and assistance to people with mental health challenges.
Currently, Patrick is the Senior Community Health Educator for Behavioral Health at Parkland Health & Hospital Systems
